Carrie Weiss and Nicole Beck, the founding sisters of Sharp Cheddar, are proud Wisconsinites who grew up able to identify a FIB from the backseat of our parent's car from a very early age.  We embrace all things Wisconsin - pull tabs, meat raffles, asking questions ending with "Er No", weekly visits to the Mars Cheese Castle and, most importantly, reminding people to respect the law of the land of Wisconsin....
